1. Using Mingo in Your Plant

By completing the form above, you’ll give us the details we need to customize your package. Think about how you want to use Mingo in your company. Provide as many details as possible.

2. Touching Base on Additional Details

After submitting the form, someone from our team will contact you to talk about additional details such as billing and shipping information.

3. Shipping Product to You

We’ll ship everything pre-configured, ready to install upon delivery. Your box will include 5 Mingo Lean licenses for 1 year, a gateway, 5 photo eye sensors, 5 reflectors, and an Amazon Firestick to display a scoreboard on the floor.

4. Installing and Going Live

During the onboarding process, we will walk you through the steps needed to install, implement, train, and go live. The onboarding process includes 1-on-1 training with a Mingo engineer, a kick-off meeting, a system overview, and 2 as-you-go progress calls.

Mingo is designed with the busy manufacturer in mind – the implementation process is quick and straightforward. A Mingo engineer will walk you through implementation and training. A typical onboarding consists of 2 remote training sessions and 2 check-in sessions.

We take data security very seriously. All of your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Our data collection software only has the ability to push out to our software. Mingo is as secure as your network security todayWe run our software in a dedicated public cloud (AWS) environment. 

Yes, it’s very secure because we don’t need access to your network. We only need an outbound Internet connection.

You will need iPads or tablets to enter downtime reasons, changeovers, etc.

You’ll also need a TV. We recommend a 55 inch TV or bigger display the scoreboards.

Yes, Mingo provides a managed integration service that connects with most ERP systems. In addition to ERP integration, Mingo can connect with hundreds of other manufacturing software commonly found in the manufacturing environment. 

 

Yes, we have both a mobile app and an iPad app. 

The iPad app is fully functioning and designed to be used on the factory floor. Whereas the mobile app is really designed to get a quick overview of how the plant is running and receive push notifications for the alerts
