Growth Marketer

A Growth Marketer at Mingo oversees all aspects of our marketing efforts both digital and in person. Your core responsibility is create, launch, track, and optimize campaigns that generate leads (MQLs) across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital campaigns across multiple platforms and channels (SEO, paid advertising, email, etc.)
  • Operate data-first by continuously tracking, analyzing, reporting and optimizing all growth efforts across all channels
  • Work with sales on outbound prospecting
  • Develop marketing strategy that supports the business goals
  • Develop and execute content strategy
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasting and reporting for all growth channels
  • Find new growth areas to expand our marketing portfolio, owning testing execution, analysis, and scaling the best opportunities

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Bias for action
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong writing skills
  • Familiarity with Hubspot and WordPress
  • Interest in manufacturing
