Head of Professional Services

The Head of Professional Services is responsible for defining, managing, and improving the Mingo professional services organization (implementation, consulting, and customer success). This position reports to the CEO. The Head of Professional Services works to build and scale a services business in a fast-moving organization built to provide value to our customers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute plans
  • Lead delivery of consulting and implementation services to our customers, oversee project delivery and operation success metrics
  • Own operational metrics such as time-to-value, customer satisfaction and on-time completion of projects.
  • Build and scale services operations (people, process, system, etc.) to deliver best in class customer experience while building effective and efficient delivery models.
  • Be a player and a coach delivering services and developing the team
 

Requirements

  • Background in manufacturing
  • Proven experience in cross functionality professional services teams
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in management consulting
  • Bias for action
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Comfortable building and leading a team in a remote company.
  • Ability to travel
