Sales Development Manager

We are looking for a sales development team lead who is ready to manage their own team. This candidate would be someone who is currently part of a successful B2B software sales development program and who has demonstrated their ability to lead, coach, mentor, and motivate their teammates. 

You should bring a proven track record of success in achieving lead generation targets and previous experience in mentoring others. You will align outbound lead generation goals, strategy, and tactics to our go-to-market initiatives in the marketing organization and collaborate closely with our sales department to maximize pipeline creation

 

Core Responsibilities:

 

  • Set and define the Sales Development strategy
  • Experiment with and refine the process over time 
  • Hire, onboard, and develop new Sales Development Representatives  
  • Develop your team’s skills for prospecting, qualifying, and Opportunity creation 
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and professional development 
  • Closely monitor metrics with the aim to increase productivity 
  • Work closely with the CEO and and account executives to ensure proper alignment on account coverage, target personas, opportunity quality and SDR to AE hand-off
  • Articulate the business value of Mingo, maintain in-depth knowledge of our solution and industry trends 

Requirements:

  • Strong professional, articulate phone presence  
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills 
  • Effective presentation and listening skills 
  • Experience working with C-Suite Executives 
  • Understanding of workflow sequences in HubSpot 
  • Outgoing demeanor

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and ability to work through unknowns
